　In recent years, as the number of people who have problems such as child rearing, nursing care, and living difficulties is increasing, there is a need for human resources who can demonstrate more expertise in the fields of childcare, welfare, and education.Commissioned by the Ministry of Education, Culture, Sports, Science and Technology, this program is a short-term retraining program aimed at incumbent nursery teachers, teachers, care workers, care managers, social welfare facilities and administrative staff, etc. and verify its effectiveness.
　"Counseling support ability" is not a mere consultation (=counseling) skill, but a comprehensive social work that can deal with difficulties arising from the actual reality of people who need support.Professionals involved in interpersonal support must have a strong interest in the client, rich sensitivity and deep insight, grasp the true needs, and fulfill their functions as a professional.

　For three years from 26 to 28, our university has been commissioned by the Ministry of Education, Culture, Sports, Science and Technology to develop and verify this program.In particular, in the final year, in addition to cultivating this ability to consult and assist, we held symposiums and lectures with first-class athletes and trainers as instructors from the perspective of improving the ability to respond to various risks in the field and developing the mind and body. bottom.
