University information	A comprehensive university whose predecessor was Shaoguan Normal College, founded in 1958.Over 20,000 students.It has many faculties such as life science, electromechanical engineering, computer science, literature, foreign languages, environmental engineering, fine arts, music, tourism, politics, and medicine.
Location information	Shaoguan is located in the northern part of Guangdong Province, two and a half hours by car.It is the center of transportation in southern China and is also known as the "Beidamen" of Guangdong Province.The city has a long history and was formerly called "Shaozhou", but since the Ming dynasty, it has been called "Shaoguan" due to the establishment of water and land customs.It belongs to the subtropical monsoon climate, and the annual average temperature is around 2 degrees.
