University information A private university founded in memory of Qiu Fengjia, a poet and educator from Taiwan.It is one of the top private universities in Taiwan. Founded in 1961 as Fengjia College of Industry and Commerce, it became Fengjia University in 1980.Located in Xitun District, Taichung City, right next to the Fengjia International Tourist Night Market, one of the largest night markets in Taiwan.It is approximately 45 minutes by bus from Taichung Station.

In addition to 12 faculties and 38 departments, including engineering/science, commerce, business management, humanities and social sciences, information electronics, construction, finance, international science and technology/management, and architecture, there are more than 50 graduate schools and research institutes.
