What is the Student Counseling Room?

The Student Counseling Room is a room for you if you can lighten your troubles and heavy hearts as much as possible.

Are you struggling with friendships, struggling with student life, struggling with romantic relationships, or feeling down lately? Please be assured that the contents will be kept strictly confidential. Our counselors will support you to take the initiative in solving your own problems.
In order for you to live a meaningful life, why don't you take a little courage and take a peek at the Student Counseling Room?

Any advice?

I don't care about any troubles.I worry about myself, my friends, my studies, my mood and physical condition, my future, my family, and many other things.
I don't know what I'm worried about... There may also be worries like that.
Now, why don't you try to sort out the vague things in your heart that you don't understand well?
If you think about it with a counselor instead of holding it all by yourself, you may be able to broaden your way of thinking and open up your mind.

For example ...

my business

Wanting to know more about myself, feeling nervous, irritable, lacking self-confidence, worrying, feeling depressed, wanting to die, wanting to hurt myself, feeling unmotivated, etc.

interpersonal relationship

Nervousness in interpersonal relationships, relationships with friends, relationships with boyfriends and girlfriends, relationships with family members, relationships with teachers, worries about club activities and circles, concerns about what others think of them, etc.

about the body

Feeling tired, unable to sleep, having trouble controlling your diet, having sexual issues, experiencing stress (slight fever, headache, stomach pain, stiff neck, hives, dizziness, etc.), etc.

Learning/future

Lack of interest in studying, unable to attend classes, want to quit university, anxious about the future, unable to find what one likes, unable to decide on a career path, etc.

other than myself

Friends and family are worried, but don't know how to get involved, etc.

Can you speak well?

It's normal to not be able to say well what you're having trouble with, or what you're worried about. The heart is filled with many things. All you have to do is say what you want to say in your own unorganized way.
Our counselors will help you organize your feelings.Non-verbal counseling is also available when words do not work wellRi you.
