Precautions and requests at the time of application and after application

  1. When applying, in addition to your email address, please register multiple contact information such as landline/mobile phone numbers, fax numbers, and work place.
  2. After you apply, most of the normal communications (including emergency communications) from the university will be sent by email, so please make sure that your registered email address is not blocked.
  3. Depending on the situation, we may contact you by various means, such as landlines, mobile phones, faxes, or contacting your workplace.

Examples of emergency contact

Immediately before the start of the course, the course may be canceled due to an approaching typhoon, weather warnings, suspension of transportation, illness of the instructor, etc.In the past, there have been cases in which such prompt communication was required.

After applying, please register the email address and phone number of the university's contact information on your mobile phone/smartphone so that you will not receive or refuse to receive communications from the university, or be delayed or unable to receive confirmation of receipt. We ask for your cooperation in creating a situation where prompt communication is possible.
