About email address

A personal email address is required for online application.After you apply, as a general rule, the university will contact you by e-mail, including emergency contact.

* We do not accept applications or contact you by phone, fax, or at the university office.
*You can also apply online from your computer, smartphone, or tablet.It is also possible to apply with a mobile phone email address (the domain after @ is the domain of the mobile phone company) or a free email address (Gmail, Yahoo email, etc.).

<Note 1> Do not use your company's main email address or someone else's email address.
<Note 2> Please register an email address that you can check even on holidays or at home.
<Caution 3> For the registered e-mail address, please check the enhanced security settings and register the domain so that you can receive e-mails from the university.

For cellphone emails, it may be difficult to refuse to receive emails with address links or to view attached files.We may send you important notices regarding your course, so please take care not to miss any e-mails from the university, such as forwarding e-mails between your computer and mobile phone.

* The university will not be held responsible for any disadvantages caused by registration errors in e-mail addresses, non-delivery of e-mails due to security settings, unread e-mails, etc.

Precautions for each carrier

If you use the email address of each carrier (@docomo.ne.jp/@ezweb.ne.jp/@i.softbank.ne.jp, etc.), the email may not be received by the spam filter.There is a description about setting changes on each carrier's homepage, so please check from the following site link.

During or after online application

  1. If the same person makes multiple online applications using different e-mail addresses, all applications will be invalid.
  2. Please enter your email address correctly.
    * Many email transmission errors have occurred due to input errors.please note.
  3. One e-mail address can only be used once for online application.
  4. During the recruitment period, if you notice an error in the registered information after completing the application and wish to change it, your registered information will be deleted only if you contact us by phone on a weekday during the recruitment period.Please re-apply before the application deadline.
