1. Matters related to teacher training goals and plans to achieve those goals
Hamana Gakuin, the parent organization of our school, established a kindergarten and a kindergarten teacher training center under the spirit of "Iai Ien" (making a garden with love). It was developed based on the idea that relationships with people can only be established when there is mutual love and trust, and has continued to this day.
Regarding the educational philosophy of our university, the action goals that embody the spirit are shown as follows. In other words, in order for mutual love and trust to be established, first of all, an individual must grow into an autonomous human being, be strict with himself, and be a human being who constantly strives. We aim to actively work on the world outside ourselves and contribute to society, and to that end, we must develop ourselves as “global citizens” who live together with people around the world and improve each other. You are required to go.
Based on this educational philosophy, in order to secure autonomy as a professional and further improve one's professional ability, the university not only enables oneself to become a learner who continues to learn, but also empathizes and collaborates with others. Developing an awareness of the importance of human culture, promoting mutual trust with children, parents, fellow teachers, and local residents surrounding the school, and engaging in daily educational activities. The philosophy is to train teachers who can recognize the diverse values of the school.
