What is Global Research (GR)?
Global Research is a compulsory subject that all students enrolled in the Department of Global Communication must take in their second year.This class is not just a language study abroad.That is to develop the ability to understand the diverse values and cultures of people around the world, and to think and act on their own.Expand your possibilities through global research.

1st year 450 points (required)
2st to 3rd year 500～600 o'clock
3st to 4rd year 800 points or moreCourse registration/credits/conditions
⇒ Get all 16 credits
* Take classes worth 14 credits at the host university
*Courses aimed solely at improving English proficiency are not included.
* Up to 6 credits can be included for language courses other than English (local languages, etc.)
Study support system
In order to obtain a TOEIC® score of 1 or higher at the end of the first year, the department has prepared many support systems such as small-group education and Intensive English according to academic ability level.In addition, Professor Masahiko Yokoyama, an expert in English education, said, "TOEIC® Preparation Program” is carried out for free.
Even in a short period of time, you can fully improve your English skills, so please believe in your own abilities and take on challenges.
