Acquire advanced practical and research skills to create new nursing care

When asked why they went on to graduate school, the answers were varied, including wanting to relearn after hitting a wall in self-growth, wanting to solve their own problems, wanting to clarify questions or issues they had in clinical practice, and becoming interested in nursing education after experiencing clinical supervision and staff training. However, all of them were motivated by a desire to continue learning or a renewed need to study as they built their careers as nursing professionals.

Through their research activities at the Graduate School of Nursing, they will be able to explain in their own words, based on the results of their research, what nursing is, which is what motivated them to continue their studies.
The master's program at this graduate school includes a "Master's Thesis Course," which aims to acquire basic skills as a researcher by exploring clinical questions and issues, and a "Specialist Nurse (Nursing for Acute and Critical Care Patients) Course," which aims to acquire research approaches and practical skills for solving problems in a specific field.
In the doctoral program, students build on the skills they have acquired in the master's program by acquiring high-quality research skills that will contribute to the development of nursing science, and aim to develop evidence-based nursing practice skills.
Health issues are becoming more complex due to the rapid advancement of medical care and an ultra-aging society.
In this situation, it is important to clearly show evidence and outcomes in order to demonstrate nursing. I hope that the results of your graduate school research will be able to be shared back to society.
