■ Please tell us about your current research theme (or field of specialization) and the reason/motivation that led you to pursue this field of specialization.
My current research themes are the growth of teachers as teachers ("professional competence development of teachers") and the culture of teachers ("teacher culture"). .
When I was a university student, I came across a book titled "Teacher's Life Course," which describes the growth of teachers.I also came across a book called "Japanese Teacher Culture".After reading it, I learned that there are ways of thinking and attitudes common to a group of teachers that transcend the experience of a single teacher. NowTeachers are affected by the teacher culture, grow as teachers, and are also responsible for creating that culture.I am currently conducting research that links the growth of professors with culture.

A teacher is a profession that contributes to creating the society of the future.In order to get such a socially important and attractive job, please take care of each and every thing, such as your daily high school studies, club activities, volunteer activities, and hobbies.Those experiences are very important as a base for university life and becoming a teacher.
