Q1: Please tell us about your current research theme (or field of specialization) and the reason or motivation for choosing that field of study.

My research areas are "elderly welfare" and "experience learning".

In the field of welfare for the elderly, for a while after graduating from university, I worked as a counselor in the field of welfare for the elderly. In graduate school she did research on the subject of 'terminal care' and now does some work on 'older advocacy'.

On the other hand, in experiential learning, I would like to clarify program mechanisms that enable deep learning and personal growth.Kansai University of International Studies is also focusing on experiential learning.

Q2: Profile

Things didn't always go according to plan, but I am deeply grateful for the help of good people when I was in trouble. The way I feel and think about things seems to be quite different from others, and I had a hard time when I was little, but now I see it as my strength in being able to give students a different perspective.

Q3: Message to high school students

Looking back on my time as a university student, I feel that I was able to grow as a person through the many experiences and encounters with many different people. The four years flew by in a blink of an eye, but what I learned through my student life at the university has become a valuable asset for me.As a student of Kansai University of International Studies, why don't you study together with like-minded friends so that the bright future promised to you will be more enjoyable and fulfilling?
