■ Please tell us about your current research theme (or field of specialization) and the reason why you decided to pursue this field of specialization.
I am researching English pronunciation teaching methods and pronunciation notation.
I became interested in language learning when I saw a relative living in the United States, who was in elementary school at the time, mastering the Kansai dialect in no time after returning to Japan, even though her Japanese was poor in standard Japanese in the United States. .

I was born and raised in Hyogo Prefecture, and currently live and work in Hyogo Prefecture.Before becoming a university teacher, I also worked at a public high school in Hyogo Prefecture.

When I was a student, I had plenty of time and energy.Adults around you often say, "In the meantime," but that's because they regret that they should have done it.
