Notes on creating and submitting activity reports

The report to be submitted at the time of entry (first term)/application (mid term/second term) in the "activity report" of the comprehensive selection (first term, middle term, second term) is as follows.

• University designated formActivity report (Word), and submit the name column at the top with your name written by hand with a black pen or black ballpoint pen.

Please report in about 2000 characters about the activities you worked on during your high school days.For example, please write a report about what you focused on and achieved results, such as extracurricular activities and volunteer activities to promote mutual understanding with a variety of others, proactive efforts in inquiry learning and qualification examinations, etc.

Reporting tips

It is a good idea to describe your experiences, growth, and future prospects in detail, referring to the following.

1. Please describe in detail the major extracurricular and volunteer activities you did in high school.Write a description that shows that the activity was meaningful to you.
2. How did you relate and interact with other people through your extracurricular and volunteer activities?What efforts have you made to promote mutual understanding with people of different backgrounds and opinions?
3. How did you approach inquiry-based learning and certification?What areas did you focus on based on your own interests and goals?Also, what difficulties or challenges did you face and how did you overcome them?
4. How did you grow through experiences such as extracurricular activities, volunteer activities, inquiry learning, and qualification tests?Include evaluations and feedback from others as well as self-evaluation.
5. How do you think your extracurricular, volunteer, inquiry, and certification experiences will affect you in the future?How do you think these activities and initiatives will contribute to your future academic or professional goals?
