Faculty
The tuition and fees required for admission are as follows. (Regular transfer admissions and foreign student special admissions (1st year transfer admissions/3rd year transfer admissions) will be determined separately)
* Tuition fees (excluding the entrance fee) are to be paid in installments in the first and second terms of each year (only the first term of the first year can be paid in one lump sum or in installments depending on the type of entrance examination).
* In addition to tuition and other fees,Administrative feeis required.Depending on the transfer method and transfer amount,Administrative feeis different.Please check the payment screen for details.
* In addition to the above, the following expenses are necessary:
- Textbooks, experiential learning training fees, training fees for qualification acquisition
- School bus (to Miki Campus) fee
- Alumni Association Lifetime Membership Fee: 20,000 yen (4th year, XNUMXnd term only)
※ Regarding the purchase of a laptop computer

You will need around 16,000 yen for gym clothes for practical training. Practical guidance fee of 2 yen (at the time of practical training from the third year onwards) if you belong to the social welfare major in the second year and take the social worker course, and practical guidance if you take the school social worker certification course A fee of 60,000 yen (at the time of practical training in the 3th year) is required.

In the first year, 1 to 17 yen will be required for training clothes, stethoscopes, textbooks, etc.
Approximately 2 yen per year will be required for the insurance fee to be taken out at the time of practical training in the second to fourth years.Practical expenses for nursing practice are included in tuition, but transportation expenses and accommodation expenses that may be required separately depending on the situation are to be borne by the student.
If you choose to study midwifery in your fourth year, you will need to pay an additional 4 yen as a tuition fee.
If you choose Public Health Nursing in your fourth year, you will need to pay an additional 4 yen as a tuition fee.Transportation expenses, accommodation expenses, etc. required for practical training in midwifery and public health nursing are to be borne by the student.

You will need a laptop computer to use for classes, administrative communications, job hunting, etc. If you purchase a university-recommended computer, it will cost around 15 yen. Details will be sent out in sequence from early March.
International students 1st year admission / 3rd year transfer admission
(1) First year payment
In order to reduce the financial burden of international students and assist them in their studies, if they are certified as a scholarship student (Kansai University of International Studies Asia Pacific Scholarship) of our university's unique scholarship system, tuition fees and educational improvement expenses will be covered by Japanese students. Compared to students, 40% exemption (1% exemption for those who have passed N50 of the Japanese Language Proficiency Test) as shown in the table below.Part of the admission fee will also be exempted. From the second semester onwards, the tuition fee will be reduced by 1% to 30% depending on the previous semester grade (GPA) and the N60 acquisition status of the semester.

(3) Payment Method for Tuition and Other Fees
For the early and mid-term, first-year students will pay 1 yen and third-year students will pay 1 yen at the time of the first procedure. The remaining amount will be paid at the time of the second procedure.
Payment will be made in a lump sum at a later date.
*As a general rule, all students at our university are required to own their own laptops and use them in class. If you already have a laptop, you can continue to use it as is as long as the software used in university classes is installed. For more information about laptops, please contact the Media Support Office after enrollment.
