What is the "KUISs mate" feature?

KUISs mate is a membership site exclusively for prospective students.
To apply to our university, you must register with KUISs mate. After entering your personal information into KUISs mate, you will be redirected to the online application process.
Once you register, you will not need to enter personal information when booking events such as open campuses, and you will be able to smoothly complete subsequent applications (entries) and enrollment procedures. In addition, the site offers special benefits only available to registered users, such as the release of entrance exam preparation videos, so please register as soon as possible.

I do not have a printer at home, can I apply online?

Is possible.If you do not have a printer at home, you can print at a convenience store.Install the app specified by each convenience store on your smartphone and save the PDF document in the app.After that, please print at the convenience store.

I noticed an error in the information I entered after registering my application. Can I change it?

Please contact the Admissions and Public Relations Division of the University by phone (078-341-1615) and tell them that you would like to change the information you entered. Then, please enclose a note with your application documents detailing the changes.

No. You can only apply to one faculty per date. If the dates are different, you can apply to a faculty different from the one you applied to the first time. If you want to apply to a different faculty, please rewrite your statement of purpose and submit it.

What is internal application?

Public entrance examinations and general selection When taking general selection entrance examinations, applicants may apply to a maximum of 5 faculties and 5 departments concurrently (excluding the Faculty of Health Sciences).
In one entrance examination, students can apply to five faculties and five departments: Faculty of Information, Faculty of Global Studies, Faculty of Psychology, Faculty of Education, and Faculty of Business Administration.
