Conditions for designated properties
Monthly rent of 5 yen or less (no upper limit on monthly rent for properties with auto-lock), security deposit equal to or less than 3 months' rent, no brokerage fee or key money, landlord or manager can properly manage the operation of the apartment. matter

Miki City, Hyogo Prefecture, where our university is located, has long been known as a town of metalwork. Currently, there are many large recreation and sports facilities, including golf courses, Miki Horseland Park, Mikiyama Forest Park, Nesta Resort Kobe, and Miki Comprehensive Disaster Prevention Park. The area around Midorigaoka Station on the Kobe Electric Railway, the closest station to the university, has a shopping district and is well-equipped with hospitals and welfare facilities.
The apartments around the university are located in a quiet residential area, providing an environment where you can concentrate on your studies.There are supermarkets such as Aeon, Co-op, and Toho, so you can spend a comfortable student life.
Apartments near Miki Station are convenient for commuting, as it takes about 11 minutes from Kobe Electric Railway Miki Station to Midorigaoka Station, which is the nearest station to the university.Like the apartments around the university, it is in an environment that is easy to live in.

About transportation

It takes about 25 minutes from Ikawadani Station on the municipal subway to Sannomiya Station. It takes about 7 minutes by train from Ikawadani Station on the municipal subway to Seishin-Chuo Station. About transportation
It takes about 15 minutes from JR Akashi Station to JR Sannomiya Station by special rapid train, and about 37 minutes to JR Osaka Station by special rapid train. It takes about 45 minutes by school bus from JR Akashi Station to reach the university. (Future school bus services are subject to change.)
