Special Entrance Examination/Graduate School

If you are considering special entrance exams or graduate school entrance exams, you can request the following types of materials.

* We have started sending materials for international students, transfer students, and graduate schools.
* Materials for special entrance examinations for international students include materials for transferring to the third year.
* If you are thinking of taking the Special Entrance Examination for Sports or the Special Entrance Examination for Returnee Students, please use the regular document request form.

Handling of Personal Information

The personal information you input when requesting materials is

① Dispatch of university brochures and student application guidelines
② We will use it to provide information from various universities related to our university, such as counseling sessions and open campuses.

In addition, the above ①② may be carried out by an agency entrusted by the Admissions Office of this university.When outsourcing work, we may provide some of the personal information you have entered to the contractor, but we will strictly manage the data and will not use it for purposes other than the above.
