Employment start guidance

This is a guidance held in the spring of third graders.In this guidance, we will explain the job hunting schedule and internships so that you can start your job hunting smoothly.In addition, we will carefully explain the schedule and the path to passing and getting a job offer for various career paths, such as the teacher employment examination, graduate school, welfare, and employment in the civil service.Starting with this guidance, each student will be made aware of their own future.

Guidance for Civil Servant Applicants

We will invite a representative from Ohara Bookkeeping College to give a detailed explanation of the civil service exam, including its outline, content, and study methods. This will be a rare opportunity for those aiming to become police, firefighters, or legal instructors.

Job search guidance

In this guidance session, we will invite representatives from the job hunting websites Mynavi and Rikunabi to give a detailed explanation on how to use the websites. In addition to the basics such as company research, open-application internships, and company search methods, participants will learn how to effectively use the websites, including SPI preparation and the scouting function.

Job offer know-how guidance

This guidance session is held in October for third-year students. We invite a person in charge of a job-hunting website to give you specific advice on how to secure a job offer. You can learn about the relationship between internships and informal job offers, how much specific action you need to take in your job search, and information about internships being held in the fall. You can also watch a video comparing interviews to get a clear understanding of what companies are looking for.

Self-analysis/self-PR course

Job hunting begins with self-analysis.In this course, after analyzing your strengths and weaknesses, you will clarify what you can do and what you want to do. , to be able to select companies.This course will give you advice on how to self-analyze.

Self PR creation course

Guidance held in May for 3rd year students.Visit the person in charge of the job search site, learn the basic knowledge of the entry sheet that must be written in the document screening conducted by more than 5% of companies in job hunting, and be able to put your own strengths into words along with the evidence. give advice forBy actually using the worksheets, organizing your own experiences, and taking an inventory, you will be able to smoothly enter the job hunting process.

SPI web test preparation course

SPI is a standard aptitude test that cannot be avoided in job hunting.In this course, we will learn what SPI is and prepare for it, and we will also explain the precautions to take when taking the test.In addition, I actually experienced the web test.After that, we will explain SPI and learn how to deal with it and how to use it.

Job Orientation Seminar

This seminar is aimed at third-year students who are aiming for an early job offer.It is a practical program packed with the know-how necessary for job hunting, from self-analysis to practical practice for interviews and group discussions.We also have time to listen to the experiences of 2th graders who have won early job offers.

Inauguration Ceremony (Teaching Profession)

This program is for third-year students who are planning to take the teacher employment examination and the public nursery school employment examination. Part 3 began with encouragement from the president, followed by a statement of determination by the student representatives.After that, the students are divided into each municipality and each examination category, and the fourth-year students who have already passed the exam receive a lecture on how to pass. In the second part, each municipality is divided, and successful applicants and third-year students have a social gathering, which is an opportunity to solidify their determination to pass the recruitment examination.

Industry Research Fair (Job Fair)
