Qualifications
Miki Campus
Those who live and work in Miki/Ono City and are 18 years old or older (excluding high school students and vocational students), graduates of this university, guardians of current students, and those who have been approved by the Director of the Learning Support Center
Amagasaki Campus/Kobe Yamate Campus
Only graduates, students and faculty members of our sister school, Kobe Yamate Girls' Junior and Senior High School, can use the facilities.

Browse
The materials in the library can be viewed freely in the library.Video materials (DVDs, etc.) cannot be used.
Lending
You can borrow up to 3 books for 2 weeks.Some materials cannot be borrowed, such as newspapers, magazines, white papers, yearbooks, and reference books.
Other
Reading seats cannot be used
- When visiting the Miki Campus, please be sure to go through the reception on the first floor.
- Please refrain from using with children.
- A registration fee of 500 yen will be charged the first time you use the service (free for graduates and guardians).Please bring your ID (license, insurance card, etc.).Please be sure to let us know if your contact information changes.
- Mutual use is not accepted.
- Database is not available.
- Eating, drinking, smoking and using mobile phones are prohibited in the museum.
- If you lose the materials, you will be required to compensate for the actual items and actual expenses.
- Please do not sublease books.Be sure to use your own ID card.
