Field research was conducted in Cambodia from February 2th to March 26th.The purpose of this survey is to collect basic materials for cross-cultural research while conducting fieldwork on the traumatic experiences of the Cambodian Civil War.

The 19 participating students first visited Tu Sleng Museum and the Killing Fields to learn about the Cambodian Civil War.Faced with the harsh conditions of the civil war and the reality that made me want to cover my eyes, I prepared my mind and heart for field research.

The interviews with survivors of the civil war provided a valuable opportunity to hear about the experiences of individual survivors of that time. In the midst of daily life where "safety and security" were threatened, he talked about the painful experience of losing a loved one and preparing for his own death, with anger and sadness.I was impressed by how they tried so hard to convey the subject even though it was a very sensitive topic, and how they said, "Thank you for listening." It was a moment that was deeply engraved in each person's heart and passed on.

In addition, in order to understand the psychological characteristics of Cambodian people, drawing methods (Baum test, landscape composition method, etc.) were conducted for a wide range of ages.During his activities at Mekong University, he received a warm welcome from the local university students, and exchanges among the students were actively carried out, triggered by the hospitality and concern he received.

Rather than finishing the local activities as a mere experience, where I experienced a different culture and learned a lot, I worked on post-learning so that I could reflect on the various feelings I felt in the local area, express them in words, and summarize them in a report on the results. I would like to go.
