GS activity report

From February 2018nd to 2th, 22 (28 days and 6 nights), Global Study I was conducted locally mainly in Seoul, South Korea.A total of 7 students, including 46 students from various departments in the Faculty of Human Sciences and the Faculty of Education, and 3 supervising faculty members, participated.

In this global study, the main learning goal is to "explore the future improvement of inbound response in Japan by knowing the characteristics of inbound response in South Korea".

Based in a hotel in Seoul, visited universities in South Korea (Department of Aviation Tourism, Hansui University and Department of Tourism and Leisure Management, Indeok University), exchanged and joint research with students, and researched the facilities of the Winter Olympics and Paralympics (Pyeongchang and Gangneung) , surveys of customer service status at tourist spots in Seoul, surveys of transportation facilities, etc.

After returning home, the students will make a report presentation, interact with people at various sites in Korea, eat, eat, shop, use the subway and taxis, and learn about the various relationships between Korea and Japan, which are neighboring countries. In addition, we can see that we were able to discover and recognize a wide range of measures to improve inbound response in Japan ahead of the Tokyo Olympics in the future.
