Hello everyone!!
I'm Minami Arima, a fourth-year staff member of Kansai International University Open Campus. An open campus was held on Sunday, September 4nd.A lot of people came to visit us this time.Thank you to everyone who came to visit us.Now, let's take a look at the state of this open campus for each faculty.

At the Faculty of Human Sciences, many people participated in all mini-lectures and programs until the end.Since it was the last open campus of the summer vacation, many people asked questions about entrance examinations, lodgings and scholarships after admission. .Many people participated in the entrance examination preparation course, and I think that it was helpful for future entrance examinations. The contents of the entrance exam measures, mini lectures and preparation courses are different every time.If you are even slightly interested or have any concerns about the entrance exam, please join us!!

In the mini-lecture of the Faculty of Business Administration, September 9st is Disaster Prevention Day, so the teacher talked about disaster prevention goods and how to deal with disasters. In addition, we students talked about our internship experiences and student life.I'm sure you were able to grasp the image of university life. This time as well, I think that we were able to talk about business administration and student life in an easy-to-understand manner while communicating with the visitors, staff, and teachers.

The mini-lecture in the Faculty of Health Sciences was in the field of acute nursing. I actually performed cardiopulmonary resuscitation and artificial respiration by saying "Let's try artificial respiration using a back valve mask".We, the students, took the lead in explaining to the high school students and having everyone experience both.We heard from the participants that they were glad that they were able to have an experience that they could not normally have.On the campus tour in the afternoon, in the middle of the introduction of the facilities in the classroom, the fourth-year students "Let's hear what they learned from the practical training" and the third-year students "Let's learn from the overseas training". I was asked to present what I had learned in the training.I think it was a good opportunity to hear the real voices of the students. The mini-lectures are different every time, and the contents are also different. Please visit us as many times as you like!!

Even though it was the last day of summer vacation, many people came to visit us.In addition, the entrance examination preparation course was very popular this time. Some of the high school students who took the course commented, "I'm glad I learned the tricks for entrance exams."All the staff are happy to see that the visitors are satisfied and leave with a smile on their face!!

The next open campus is September 9th (Sun)!!All the staff are looking forward to seeing not only those who want to know more about the entrance examination, but also high school students and parents who are thinking about their careers.

Thank you very much for coming to our open campus, even though it was still hot and the typhoon was approaching. This time, the education and childcare course is in the autumn of reading on the calendar! So, I made a one-of-a-kind bookmark that you can't find anywhere in the world!Bookmarks with the image of spring, summer, autumn and winter, bookmarks with the image of a sunset, etc. Everyone enjoyed making bookmarks while talking!
We are thinking about the experience booth so that you can enjoy it no matter how many times you come to the open campus, so we are looking forward to seeing many people at the next open campus on September 9th (Sunday). I'm here.

(Megumi Sakaguchi, 2nd year, Child Studies Major, Education and Child Care Course)

Many people came to the open campus this time.
Today's special course experience booth was held under the theme of "Fly! Waka Airplane".It was a content where everyone thought together about what they should be careful about in production classes that they have experienced in living environment studies.Everyone made a wheeled airplane together and flew it happily from the back of the classroom. Afterwards, we were able to hold an experience booth in a very good atmosphere while exchanging opinions about what was difficult. From the next time onwards, we would like to plan more events so that high school students and their parents can learn more about the university and enjoy themselves.

(Yu Konoike, 2nd year, Specialized Education Course, Department of Child Studies)

Thank you for participating in our university's open campus today, despite the lingering summer heat.

At the experience booth of the Department of Social Welfare, under the theme of "How to have a conversation without using your voice!?"

Regarding Braille, participants said that the system was easier than they thought, and that they would like to see Braille consciously in their daily lives. .
As for the communication board, it was the first time for all the participants to see it.I think that they not only learned how to use the board, but also enjoyed learning how to use it by playing the message game. When I received their impressions at the end, they said, "It was fun," which made me feel relieved.
Next time, we are planning to create an experience booth where you can enjoy learning about welfare, so we are looking forward to first-timers as well as second- and third-time visitors!

(Aimi Oe, 3rd year, Department of Welfare)

Thank you for coming to the open campus of Kansai University of International Studies today. This time, the English Communication Department had an introduction to the department by students, a mini-lecture by a foreign teacher, and two games that were enjoyed by groups working together. It was a slightly difficult game that used English, so everyone looked nervous at first, but they gradually opened up and enjoyed the game in a harmonious atmosphere with the staff.
The next open campus will be on 9/30 (Sun). All the staff are looking forward to your visit.

(Momoka Yasui, 2nd year, Department of English Communication)

Thank you for participating in the Kansai International University Open Campus! At the Open Campus on September 9nd, many high school students showed up from the morning on the last day of their long summer vacation. We hope that this open campus will be the last wonderful memory of summer vacation for everyone.
This time, the experience booth of the Department of Management was held twice, each with a different theme. At the first experience booth, we asked participants to think about the menu of a refreshment store that they would want to buy, using the "Imagination method", which is a method of creating ideas that are active in the business scene.By using this, everyone felt that it is difficult for one person to come up with many ideas, but if they form a group and think in an orderly manner, many ideas will be generated.
The second experience booth held a dress exposition, and everyone enjoyed learning about bridal.Furthermore, I hope that you have learned more about bridal by actually seeing and touching a real dress.
Through the experience booth, I was surprised by the flexible thinking power of everyone by studying together with high school students in groups. Also, I was able to communicate with everyone, and all the staff were able to have a good time.
At the next open campus, we are planning to have an experience booth where you can enjoy learning about our university in advance. If you couldn't participate in this experience booth, please join us.We are looking forward to seeing you all.

(Shota Ansei, 1st year, Department of Business Administration)
