[Faculty of Psychology] "About Sleep with Mysterious Dreams"

Psychology examines the human mind and behavior. The heart cries, laughs, etc., and the actions are walking, eating, sleeping, etc.
Therefore, psychology also investigates sleep and dreams.

People spend 4/10 of their lives sleeping. An adult dreams about XNUMX times a night, and a toddler about XNUMX times. Why do children dream more than adults? The answer is that dreams are reproductions of things seen, heard, and experienced while awake during the day. This is because while children grow up, they need to experience various things, have dreams, and accumulate knowledge.

To study such dreams, it is necessary to study the workings of the brain, eye movements, and muscle workings of people sleeping at night.Professionally, EEG, eye movement, and electromyography are continuously recorded and examined.

When you're dreaming, it's like when your brain is awake, your eyes move suddenly and your muscles stop working. If you wake him up at this time and ask him if he had a dream, he will tell you that he had a dream.

As for "mysterious dream sleep", everyone has probably had a dream of sleep paralysis.I have had this dream since high school. In my dream, my house caught fire and I wanted to escape, but I couldn't.In addition, robbery broke into the house, a knife was pointed at them, and they were unable to escape.
In addition, when I was taking exams for junior high school, high school, and university, I had a dream that I climbed the top of Mt. Fuji the day before the results were announced, and I passed on the day the results were announced.A dream that becomes a reality is called a true dream.
German chemist Kepler had a dream in which a snake held its tail in its mouth and was spinning around.

Learning about psychology, especially physiology and psychology, is used to investigate various types of "mysterious dream sleep".
