Global Study Report (U.S./Salt Lake) Japanese Teaching Activities
A Global Study program has started with 13 students, mainly students of the Department of English Communication.Engaged in teaching Japanese to students at a community college in Salt Lake City, Utah, USA.
There are many international students studying at Kansai University of International Studies, and of course they are learning Japanese, but most of them are from Asia and have studied Japanese to some extent in their home countries.However, this time, I am teaching Japanese to Americans who are true Japanese beginners learning hiragana and katakana for the first time.It will not go well unless they have a solid understanding of the structure of their mother tongue, Japanese, as well as English, which is their medium language.
Even speaking in front of a native English speaker will make you feel nervous, and you may face many obstacles. doing.
