Notice from the university

In Global Study II (Da Nang, Vietnam), students will learn about the efforts of Japanese companies to globalize, aiming to develop their own skills and connect to their future studies.

We visited many companies during our local activities, but all of us not only wore suits, but also conducted preliminary research on the companies and took on the challenge with a sense of urgency.First of all, the SKYhub Da Nang branch manager gave a thought-provoking lecture on what it means to work overseas, the challenges and solutions he experienced while actually working, successes and failures, etc.In addition, I visited the SKYhub Da Nang branch and actually saw its business development, and learned deeply about strategic alliances and their hospitality business development, which gave me an opportunity to think about globalization.

Then, the next day, I visited Mabuchi Motor, a global small motor company.In particular, as a fabless manufacturer, we design in Japan and manufacture in countries close to the consumer market. In addition, we had a review at the hotel in the evening, and each group reported on what they had learned, what they noticed, and how they were going to make use of it.

We will continue to make discoveries and learnings to deepen our learning about what globalization is and how we should act in the future.
