We visited Mikazuki Hotel, which is currently under construction in Global Study II (Da Nang, Vietnam).

Some restaurants and facilities have already opened, but construction was progressing at a rapid pace with the aim of opening in the summer.I witnessed the birth of one of the largest hot spring facilities and hotels in Southeast Asia, and received a detailed explanation of the background and strategy.

The concept of this hotel is called "Treasure Ship Daisakusen", which is to reproduce Japan in this place.In addition, although I had Japanese food for the first time in a long time, I learned about sustainable development of coexistence and co-prosperity with the local community, long-term globalization, and the difficulties of employee education. I was thinking about transformation.

In addition, we visited Fe Foods Japan, which not only produces sake and shochu in Vietnam, but also trains Vietnamese staff toji. Hearing about the difficulties of training staff who can manage a company and the difficulties of market development in sales, I learned that the problem of globalization is not just limited to human resource development, and that even if there is latent demand, it is difficult to develop the market. I also discovered new challenges by hearing that going forward is another problem.

On the final day, they will compare the content of the preparatory study and the on-site study, integrate what they have learned from the on-site study, etc., create a local activity report and make a presentation, deepen the discussion, and have two representatives. I was elected.In the process, they shared their discoveries and realizations with each other, and seemed to make various discoveries.

After returning to Japan, they will be more aware of and establish this discovery, and will conduct post-learning to connect it to the next learning.
