With the start of the new fiscal year, we have been discussing the timing and method of implementation on a daily basis. As a university response, we will thoroughly implement the following, with safety being our number one priority.
・Environmental settings that avoid “three Cs: Closed spaces with poor ventilation, places where people gather, and close proximity”
・ Thoroughly wash hands, disinfect hands, and wear a mask
・Recommend going to school at a time that avoids commuting hours and consideration for being late
・Ingenuity in class that utilizes online and digital content, etc.
・Choosing attendance according to the situation of each student (accepting absences due to physical condition and commuting conditions) and follow-up for absentees
Currently, classes are scheduled to start on April 4th.However, depending on the faculty/department, some classes may be held as an exception due to the preparation and implementation of off-campus training.
The latest information will be announced on the university's website, etc. as needed based on future changes in the situation. For students,Universal Passport (site for students, faculty and staff only), and for Kobe Yamate Campus students,On-campus dedicated pageI will let you know.
The president of the university has issued a document requesting "proactive and proactive actions" to prevent the spread of infected people to faculty, staff and current students. How we should act with self-restraint is exactly what our university is aiming for right now, and we are required to act proactively and responsibly.
We apologize for the inconvenience, but we will continue to work to create an environment in which all students can proceed with their studies safely.
We would like to ask for the understanding and cooperation of our families and guardians.
