If you have any of the following symptoms, please contact the Health Office by email.

④ Feeling more sluggish than usual (malaise)

・Student ID number and student name
・ Contact information (phone number of the person/guardian, etc.) so that the infirmary can contact you immediately
・ Brief description of symptoms, etc.
2.When symptoms persist or worsen
If you are in any of the following situations, please take the following actions.
① If you have any of the strong symptoms such as shortness of breath (dyspnea), strong fatigue (fatigue), high fever, etc.
② If you are prone to severe illness (*) and have relatively mild cold symptoms such as fever and cough
*The elderly, those with underlying diseases such as diabetes, heart failure, respiratory disease, those undergoing dialysis, and those using immunosuppressants or anticancer drugs
③ If you have symptoms of a relatively mild cold, such as fever and cough, for those other than the above
(If symptoms persist for more than XNUMX days, be sure to consult a doctor. Symptoms vary from person to person. If you think your symptoms are severe, please consult us immediately. The same applies to those who must continue to take antipyretics.)
1) Contact the Returnee/Contact Consultation Center in your place of residence.(The name varies depending on the municipality)
If you have severe symptoms such as being unable to move on your own, please call an ambulance immediately.
