

On Friday, April 4nd, the entrance ceremony for 2 was held at Kobe International House Kokusai Hall (Chuo-ku, Kobe).
In order to prevent the spread of the new coronavirus, the event was held in two parts.Part 2 welcomes 404 new students from the Faculty of Business Administration, Faculty of Education, and Faculty of Health Sciences, 18 graduate students, and 9 transfer students, for a total of 431 new students. It was held with 330 new students, a total of 3 new students.
At the ceremony, following the opening remarks, President Atsushi Hamana made a declaration of acceptance of admission, and the new students were called by the head of the department and went up to the stage one by one. I was handed a bookmark with the KUISs benchmark, which is the goal I want you to acquire.In the presidential address that followed, the president said, "The biggest mission for university students is to grow personally through learning. For the sake of our future and the world, take the first step of your own university life." Let's make it a university life where you can feel that 'I could do it if I did it, I can do more'."
After receiving a congratulatory message from the president of the university and a video message from the president of an overseas affiliated university, Ms. Sakie Murakami, a third-year student in the Department of Human Psychology, Faculty of Human Sciences, and president of the student council, sent a welcome message to the new students as a student representative.In response, Ms. Haruna Ochi from the Department of Education, Faculty of Education, and Ms. Saya Yamanaka from the Department of Sociology, Faculty of Sociology, gave greetings as new student representatives in the first session.
After singing the school song by Kobe Yamate Women's High School Music Department students, the ceremony was closed.
