On May 2021, 19, we will hold a job guidance, “Self-analysis and self-PR course for effective writing” (sponsored by Kobe Yamate Campus).

This time, classes are online due to the declaration of a state of emergency, so we connected three campuses (Kobe Kobe Yamate Campus, Amagasaki Campus, Miki Campus) online.

The photo shows the participating students and the computer showing the materials before the lecture started.

In recent years, it has become standard for university students to start job hunting on June 3st of their third year, and according to information from a major job search site, nearly 6% of students participating in summer internships participated last year. I have.

In this course, we use a simple psychological test tool to understand the tendencies of individual personality and characteristics, and use the projection law of the psychological approach to the self-promotion sentences actually written by students to identify individual strengths. Extraction of values and what kind of work style is suitable for you.

Based on that, we will teach you how to write an effective self-PR statement, how important it is for job hunting, etc. I gave a lecture while showing

In order to prevent the course from becoming a one-sided lecture, we used a chat function to reflect the thoughts and voices of the students, and at the end, we used a worksheet to actually write a self-promotion sentence.

When I asked the students how they were feeling at the beginning, many said they were "impatient and anxious." It seems that my feelings have changed, such as working hard, making an effort, and having hope.

During this period, we tend to act with impatience and anxiety, but by understanding exactly what to do and how to take action, the path we should take becomes clear.

From now on, the staff of the Career Support Office at Kobe Yamate Campus, Amagasaki Campus, and Miki Campus will continue to support each and every student.
