During this period, many students ask me, "I'm thinking about participating in a summer internship, but there are too many companies, and I don't know how to find them, how to look at them, or which one to choose." ’ is the voice.
Therefore, in this course, we first reviewed how to write self-analysis and self-promotion, and then conducted research on excellent companies in Hyogo Prefecture where seniors work.
Specifically, we first looked at the websites of nine companies without explaining the companies, and asked them to answer what they were interested in.Next, we added company descriptions and asked them to look at nine companies' websites and ask them to answer whether they had any new discoveries, realizations, or impressions that were the same as when they first saw them or if there were any changes.
For students who answered the same company and students who answered a new interest in the company, I deepened my understanding by verbalizing and expressing my thoughts, such as what kind of changes occurred.
Finally, I will give a lecture on where to look at the company's website, how to create a motivation for applying from there, and how to get information on my own original application appeal at the time of an interview.
Then, using a job information site, we talked about how to effectively search for companies and the points of participating in corporate internships, and even about applying to companies.
