[Faculty of Psychology] Learning while experiencing support activities for children Activity report 1rd report

In Service Learning B “Learning with Children” at our university, we aim to learn understanding and relationships with children through outdoor activity programs for elementary school students, and to be able to plan, implement and operate programs by ourselves.

This time, first of all, I participated in an outdoor activity program hosted by Miki Horseland Park (Eo no Mori), and it was an opportunity to learn firsthand about the program, which is run mainly by volunteer leaders. It was my first experience, and while I was confused about the sense of distance from my child and worried about how to talk to my child, I tried to find a way that suited me.In retrospect activities on campus, we discussed how to deal with children and how to manage the entire school, and deepened our learning.

For the next hands-on learning on August 8, we are planning to participate in the "Children's Outdoor Classroom" sponsored by Miki Horseland Park (Eo no Mori). We are doing pre-learning.
