For two days on August 2021th and 8th, 4, at the Equus Forest Equestrian Center in Miki Horseland Park, while interacting with horses, we will learn the basics of service activities centered on stable work and AAT (animal assisted therapy). I did the work of self-understanding - understanding others.

Animal therapy, which we often hear about, is technically therapy directed at animals. The therapy that we envision for humans with the help of animals is called AAT (animal-assisted therapy). In particular, we applied horse-mediated therapy and horse-mediated activities that involve horses.

After the activity, "Not only was I able to objectively feel how I had dealt with problems and how to solve them, but I was also able to look back on them in everyday life." I was able to understand myself from the glimpse of my personality in the horse, and I was able to understand the character of the person by observing how other members of the group interacted with horses.” rice field.
I'm going to deepen the learning of the experience here and learn more.

In addition, based on the experience of this activity, after the emergency declaration was lifted, I participated in each event of Horseland Park as a staff support, and I noticed points and different angles while actually interacting with visitors. We will summarize the proposals in post-event learning and propose them to stakeholders.
