On Sunday, November 11st, the HEART Festa was held at Amagasaki Campus.
This year will be the second university festival under the influence of the new coronavirus.
The theme of this year's HEART Festa was "Overcome". "Overcome" has the meaning of overcoming problems and difficulties, and it became "Overcome" from the desire to make it a HEART Festa that overcomes the new coronavirus.
Due to the influence of the new coronavirus infection that has been raging since last year, we have not been able to do things as usual, such as refraining from club activities, canceling or postponing events such as Sports Revolution, and having few opportunities to interact with seniors and friends. I am placed under the situation that I can not do any activity.
Until just before the event, the executive committee members exchanged opinions on "how to hold a HEART Festa while taking measures against infectious diseases?" .
On the day of the event, I think we were able to "overcome" the event by making use of last year's experience and responding flexibly while cooperating with all members of the executive committee.
As for stage appearances, the state of emergency was lifted in October, and club and circle activities are finally possible, but the time you can stay on campus is limited to 10:19.Among them, the students who practiced at home or in their spare time, and who appeared on the stage gave very wonderful presentations.
Last but not least, I would like to express my heartfelt gratitude to all the people who cooperated in holding the HEART Festa, and to everyone who came to see us.Thank you very much for letting me hold a memorable event of my university life.

At this year's HEART Festa, we all worked hard to prepare for the actual event, even though we couldn't secure enough practice time due to the corona crisis.I was very happy that the sign language song that we had all worked so hard for finally took shape for the first time, and that we were able to receive the Excellence Award.From the stage, we could see them humming while watching our sign language song, and swaying their bodies together. I was able to feelAnd above all, it was great that everyone who went on stage was able to perform while having fun, and it was a wonderful and wonderful memory.

It was about two months before the HEART Festa that we were able to resume practice due to the influence of the coronavirus.In order to prevent the spread of infection, we had less than an hour of practice time per day when we included time for ventilation, etc., and we worked on practice while devising in a short time.
This year, we performed in collaboration with the brass band club and the sign language circle SaKuLa.I think we were able to deliver a powerful performance in collaboration with the brass band!Last year we weren't able to collaborate due to the coronavirus, but this year we were able to collaborate with SaKuLa again, and it turned out to be a great stage.I am very grateful to the members of the HEART Festa executive committee for making it easy for the performers to move around even before the performance.thank you very much!

When I took on the role of head of the security team, I was filled with anxiety about whether I would be able to handle it myself.The security team is a team created last year to prevent corona infections. There was pressure to "never put out corona infected people".However, thanks to the reassuring seniors, the reliable members of the security team, and my colleagues who cooperated and encouraged me even though I was in a different team, I was able to smoothly perform ventilation, disinfection, and secure social distancing.Also, thanks to the cooperation of the visitors, we were able to complete the one-way traffic in Classroom 301, which was an issue last year. All 57 members of the executive committee were able to make the HEART Festa a success, and now I am filled with a sense of accomplishment.Thank you very much to everyone who made the opportunity to have a valuable experience.

This time, I was able to learn how to work as a team when I was the leader of the public relations team.To be honest, I wasn't able to tackle it with a very positive feeling at the beginning.

This year's event team was conscious of infection prevention, and decided on the time schedule for the day and the waiting room for the group members.Until the day before, I was worried whether we could go ahead as planned, but with the help of the executive committee, the Student Affairs Division, and the volunteers, we were able to put on a smile on everyone's faces!
