He also analyzed the competition from the perspective of sports medicine and shared episodes of how he dealt with his own illnesses and injuries.Dr. Hashimoto, who has experience dealing with illness and injury and has experience participating in the Olympics, proposed that aiming for "healthy town development" will lead to true "well-being."Dr. Hashimoto said, "It is not impossible from the beginning, but thinking about how to prevent illness, reduce costs, and organize the distribution of budgets will lead to the creation of a true medical system. I learned this at the Tokyo Games." He delivered his thoughts to the audience, saying, "If this is realized, I can feel the significance of hosting the Games as chairman of the Organizing Committee."
