The Department of Psychology at Kansai University of International Studies offers internships as a class subject, just like other departments. With the cooperation of various companies and government agencies, this is a valuable opportunity to think about activities after graduating from university through work experience by entering the workplace.Mainly second- and third-year students are enrolled, and about 2 students are experiencing internships this year as well.
Before going to an internship, take time to study and prepare.
Communication and manners are the first important things to let you enter the workplace.Beginning with basic greetings, self-introduction, basic responses, small talk, etc. should be done smoothly and without rudeness. We will also check the manners that are considered common sense in Japanese society.
Continuing from last year, this year's internship will continue to be careful to prevent the spread of the coronavirus. There are many things that can be difficult, but I am positively thinking that there are things I can experience and learn because it is an internship in such a situation.
After going to the internship, as a post-internship study, the participants look back on the internship experience and discuss it with each other to clarify where they have grown, what they have learned, and what they have noticed.By doing so, you will be able to make use of your internship experience in your future student life.
