An example Various products have been developed using onions, a specialty of Awaji Island.One of them is the “Awajishima Onion Curry,” which uses a whole onion, which has become very popular and has been featured in the media.“Oimo-sanmaki” is a Japanese confectionery that is wrapped in a fluffy soft dough with bean paste made only from Naruto Kintoki from Satoura, Naruto City, Tokushima Prefecture.It is said that repeaters are increasing because of the deliciousness that once you eat it, you will be addicted to it.
In order to develop even more delicious products, research is being carried out every day.
