As for the content, we focused on the culture of Hong Kong people who value their families, and since it is possible to visit with your family when you come to Japan, we will offer Kobe wine and Kobe beef at the BBQ area of the Kobe winery "grape picking". ” and proposed a plan to brew wine from the harvested grapes and deliver it to your home in Hong Kong at a later date.
Next, under the theme of "Attracting Gastronomy Tourism Utilizing the Kobe Brand" (Toshi Takahashi, Masamichi Kinjo, Kanna Fukuda, Yuka Yada, Guencho Lau) won the Excellence Award.
At Tsukada Farm, we will provide Hong Kong wealthy people with dishes using Kobe beef and Kobe wine, a combination product that emphasizes the local brand, and a Kobe wine freemium model that also serves as an introduction event for Kobe wineries. A tasting party was held, and the proposal to hold a gastronomy walking event at a Kobe winery to provide Kobe beef to Hong Kong visitors to Japan was highly evaluated.
