I am Sports Revolution 2022(Hereinafter referred to as Spolevo)served as chairman of the executive committee.The theme is "An adult seriously tried youth."The reason for this theme is that Spolebo is a welcome event for first-year students, and 1-year-old freshmen who have lost their precious youth due to the corona crisis.He chose this theme because he hoped that he would be able to regain his youth even after entering university.The purpose of holding sports events is to interact with students from other faculties and cultivate communication skills through exchanges and sports on the three campuses.
There are three powers that I gained as chairman of the executive committee: the ability to observe, confidence, and the importance of self-reflection.I feel that I have learned this by consciously observing each member of the executive committee and executives, and consciously observing what they are thinking, what they are thinking, and what kind of personality, way of thinking, and values they have. I'm here.In addition, I gained a lot of confidence that I can do it by being able to manage the event without delay and by experiencing success.Furthermore, I learned not only to just do it, but also to reflect on it and make use of it next time.I learned how important it is to run simulations and see issues from multiple perspectives.
Through this event, the executive committee was conscious of creating unique memories with the hidden theme of "one and only".For that reason, we were able to think and act on what was the best.At first, I thought that I would be successful with nori, but I realized once again that I had to prepare many times more than I expected.I am grateful to all the super executives, executives, executive committee members, the student division, and all the students who participated in creating so many unique memories together.
