On June 2022, 6, we made a research presentation at the 12th Tourism Management Conference of the Japan Association for Tourism Management held at Osaka University of Commerce. Strategies derived from the approach of surveying the attitudes of tourism-related industry workers, unemployed workers, and students of the tourism department in the theme of "Study on Tourism Human Resources Development - Approach from the Perspective of Strategic Human Resource Development" made proposals for effective human resource development measures.
Research is not magic that sees through the future.What research can do is to predict multiple possibilities that may occur in the future.Researchers are required to continue making proposals that can contribute to society based on these predictions.Every time I present at an academic conference, I feel that realizing the low degree of contribution of my own research is an opportunity to recognize my own limitations as a researcher and reaffirm the importance of being humble.At the same time, academic societies are a presence that increases the motivation to continue research by exchanging many discussions with researchers who are trying to see through the future.
