[Faculty of Sociology] [Workshop with Recruit Co., Ltd.] What does job hunting actually look like?Experience while looking at the data!

"I'm doing my best in the written exam to get an early job offer," "I'm sorry if I take it so recklessly," "It might be important to narrow down the companies," and so on. Recruit Co., Ltd. held this event for second-year students of the Faculty of Social Sciences.

Recruit Co., Ltd. not only gave lectures on job hunting for three weeks, but also held workshops.
At the workshop, the students "analyzed employment data," "summarized the analysis results," and "presented."

I'm still in my second year, so job hunting is a bit of a future story.Even if you listen to the story, it doesn't come to you.I don't know what to do.I feel that many students are like that. However, when Mr. Ouchi of Recruit handed me data related to job hunting, I was surprised to read the data. The teachers were also impressed, saying, "Those guys are good at what they do."

In the third week, we had a poster presentation. We only had a short time to create posters, but all the groups made good use of charts and diagrams to create their posters, and were serious about their presentations.I can't get a lot of presentation practice, so I might not be able to make a presentation....Some students were worried. However, when it came to the actual event, they were able to speak properly, and at the poster presentation, there were multiple teams discussing even after the time had passed.I think you can tell from the images that the students are presenting with confidence.
