The Department of Sociology has a compulsory class called Data Analysis I.In this class, you will experience actual data analysis while learning how to use statistical software.In the 15th session, there will be time to present the analysis results in front of everyone.In this presentation, I analyzed real survey data on job hunting conducted by the Cabinet Office.
At the end of the presentation, many students tested their hypotheses, even if they didn't know right or left at first.Even if the hypothesis is off, why is it off?What does this result mean?Some students were able to think deeply, and I think it was a very fulfilling time.
