Animal therapy, which we often hear about, is technically therapy directed at animals. The therapy that we envision for humans with the help of animals is called AAT (animal-assisted therapy). In particular, we applied horse-mediated therapy and horse-mediated activities that involve horses.

After the activity, "I thought I was more cautious than I thought, but I thought I should try to be more confident without being too cautious." However, when communicating with other people, I thought that it is necessary to first understand the other person firmly and create a communication method that corresponds to that person." "How to face and solve problems. Not only was I able to objectively feel how I was going, but I was also able to look back on it by replacing it with my daily life.”I'm going to deepen the learning of the experience here and learn more.

After that, based on the experience in this activity, from August10Over the months, I participated in each event at Miki Horseland Park as a staff support. In the future, we will externalize what we have noticed and what we have seen from different perspectives while interacting with visitors, summarize it in post-event learning, and report it to our stakeholders.
