In response to a request from Miki City to participate in a disaster prevention event, we recruited event participants, mainly students who have been entrusted as "Miki City Evacuation Center Management Supporters", and participated in the "Comprehensive Disaster Prevention Drill" and the "Disaster Prevention Festival" respectively.
In the "Comprehensive Disaster Prevention Drill", a drill was conducted assuming a heavy rain of a typhoon, and the participating students acted as rescuers and supported transportation training and triage training by doctors.In addition, as a demonstration for general participants, we assembled a manhole toilet together with Miki City officials.
At the "Disaster Prevention Festival", the themes are contents that make people feel closer to disaster prevention, such as a panel display commentary that summarizes disaster prevention education at universities, a corner where you can experience cardiopulmonary resuscitation using a doll, and an explanation for making your own evacuation card for visitors.
