[Comments from students participating in the Disaster Prevention]

When I heard that "Bosai Kokutai" was being held for the first time in the Kinki region, I thought that we, who are learning about disaster prevention in Hyogo Prefecture, which was affected by the Great Hanshin-Awaji Earthquake, had no choice but to participate. I applied for the booth exhibition.

In the "Bousai Kokutai" performance, I was able to come into contact with knowledge and activities in fields that I had not known before, and I could meet many people who are engaged in disaster prevention and mitigation activities. I feel that the world of disaster mitigation has expanded. Also, while talking to the people who came to our booth, we realized that the knowledge of disaster prevention and mitigation, which we had taken for granted, was actually unknown to many people. I noticed it again.

This time, "Bousaikokutai2022I would like to continue working to improve the disaster prevention and mitigation capabilities of the region with the keyword of "making disaster prevention and mitigation more familiar" by making use of the experience and awareness I gained from participating in this event.
