With an eye on the post-Corona period, the City of Kobe has decided to hire foreign personnel in order to promote the acquisition of foreign students in cooperation with universities, special training colleges, and other higher education institutions in the city.
Ms. Doan Thi Phuong Giang (Vietnam), a current student at the university, was hired by the Kobe City Office .

- Gathering information on international students
- Planning and operation of "KOBE STUDY ABROAD," a multilingual website for international students
- Coordination of meetings and exchange of opinions with institutions of higher education and other organizations related to international students
- Promotion of international student recruitment overseas
- Other activities include surveys on international students and coordination with institutions of higher education.
By actively and effectively disseminating information on Kobe's universities, daily life, support services, and the attractiveness of Kobe, it is hoped that international students will choose Kobe as a place to study, and that they will find and maintain employment in Kobe after graduation.
