[G Komi Department] Study abroad report from a student studying in Malaysia ①

I received a study abroad report from a student studying in Malaysia. The following is a report from a student who conveys the situation on the ground.

I am studying abroad at Management & Science University (MSU) in Malaysia.

It's a very big university, and the university grounds extend from one end of the car picture to the other. There is a university hospital nearby, and I live in a dormitory nearby.

As soon as I arrived at the site, I received a medical examination at this university hospital. There is also a 24-hour emergency outpatient service, so I am studying abroad in a safe place.

In addition, there is Aeon nearby, so you can have everything you need for your life.In the grocery store, there is a section that sells Japanese foods such as Sato rice, furikake, and sweets, so when I miss Japanese food, Aeon is indebted to me.

At university, I study discourse analysis, film and gender, and media literacy, all of which are taught in English.

In class, group work is actively carried out, and all intermediate and final assignments are done in groups. Therefore, the seat4~6Most of the classrooms are designed so that people can sit together, and there are almost no classrooms where all the students sit facing forward like in Japan.

Many of the students at this university are very kind, and they are interested in Japanese culture and life and listen to me, and introduce me to life in Malaysia and recommended spots. They often talk to me during group work in class and during break time, so we all eat lunch together after class and go to the movies together on holidays, leading a very fulfilling study abroad life. is made.
