We interviewed Mr. Adachi of Arimoto Seminar about getting a job offer in job hunting.

Q1.What did you start your career with?

A : Perform self-analysis with the Mynavi app, grasp your strengths and weaknesses, andPRHelped me write the sentences.

Q2.What kind of preparations and benefits did you get from the job and company fairs?

A : I researched the dates and venues on the internet, and prepared and participated by focusing on hotels and tourism.As a result, I learned new perspectives and perspectives that I would not have anticipated.

A : I did not participate in the internship from the summer to the fall of the third year, but actively participated in the job fair from February to March of the third year.I filled in the entry sheet with reference to creating a resume and self-analysis.

Q4.Have there been any changes in your activities since then?

A : Since I decided to return to my hometown of Kyoto, I changed the industry from hotels and tourism to construction and real estate, and chose a company in consideration of the locality.

Q5.How is the recruitment test?

A : I submitted my documents and entry sheet and had an interview.After that, there was a written test and an inspection, and in July I received an unofficial job offer. The training started in August, and since September, I have been going to work three days a week as a practical training.Currently, I am doing my best to balance my graduation thesis.

Q6.What advice would you give to juniors who are about to start job hunting?

A : Don't narrow down your company or industry too much in the early stages of job hunting.The number of applicants is rapidly decreasing.

Q7.What did you find useful in your studies at university?
