The results of the 2022 teacher recruitment exam are almost complete.Currently, a total of 35 students and a total of 54 students have passed the exam. Not to be outdone by current students, graduates also took on the challenge of the teacher employment examination while working as temporary instructors. In the summer special lecture, we worked with current students on interviews, mock classes, and countermeasures for situational guidance.
As a result, 18 graduates and 5 current students passed the Kobe City Teacher Employment Examination. The number of 23 people is about 23% of all successful applicants in Kobe City.
I heard the joyful voices of successful applicants.

Graduated in March 2019 (3) Yuho Yamada (Working at Kobe Municipal Special Needs School)
I was very happy to receive acceptance from Kobe City.
On the other hand, passing the exam made me want to study more so that I could continue working as a teacher in the future.I want to be a teacher who can stay close to children.
It was not easy to study for the recruitment exam while working at a special needs school.I worked on recording what I felt in my daily educational activities (points that I felt were difficult and points that I realized the growth of my child) as a measure for employment exams. At the interview, it led to me appealing as evidence of my own growth. It was also a great encouragement for me to attend a preparation course with my juniors at the Amagasaki Campus.I asked university professors to help me practice interviews and correct my thesis.Even after graduating, he continued to follow up on my exam preparation.
There was a child I was in charge of who didn't eat at all.As a result of tenacious guidance and support, I began to eat rice on my own.I realized that this is what makes a teacher worthwhile.I will continue to hope for the growth of children and aim to become a teacher who grows step by step.

Graduated in March 2022 (FY3) Yuki Uenohara (Working at Kobe Municipal Elementary School)
1st year teacher. She was moved by the second graders who carefully wrote kanji notes.I instructed students to carefully write "stop", "hane", "harai", etc. I have asked children to be "polite" rather than "beautiful".Children's interest in kanji has also increased.
I valued the children in front of me the most, so it was honestly difficult to prepare for the education.I participated in a summer special course at the university. In addition to the guidance of current students, they took time for us graduates to practice interviews and mock classes. My professors at the university were very supportive. In addition, I kept in touch with my friends who worked on the education together last year and worked on countermeasures.
Even if I pass Kobe City, the image of a teacher I aim for will not change.Enjoy playing and learning with the children in front of you every day!If the teacher is not happy, the child will not feel happy.I would like to enjoy growing up with my children without forgetting my self-awareness as a teacher.
Other graduates have expressed their joy at passing the Kobe City Educational Examination. We will inform you in Part 2.
