The 12th Kizuna on December 10th (Sat), which will be the last event this yearcafe carillonWe had a Christmas party. The Department of Public Health Nursing was in charge of the operation.

Students dressed as Santa and the Christmas tree decorated at the venue warmly greeted the participants, and the Christmas party began. We did a health quiz as part 1 of the project. In the quiz, we covered familiar topics related to health, such as the amount of vegetables we should eat in a day and the length of human blood vessels. There were many people who answered all the questions correctly, and I felt the high level of health awareness among the participants. At the end of Program 1, fourth-year public health nurses introduced breathing and stretching techniques that were implemented for local residents in health education for public health nursing practice, and everyone was able to relax.

As part 2 of the project, we held a Christmas bingo tournament, which can be said to be the main event of the Christmas party. This time's bingo was not the usual number bingo card, but the bingo sheet and stickers were used to create an original bingo card for the participants.Instead of numbers, the student who was the facilitator drew a lottery of illustration stickers such as Santa, reindeer, and Christmas trees to play bingo. The bingo prizes were mainly donated by volunteers from the Department of Nursing.Participants who achieved bingo chose their favorite prizes in order. There were many kinds of prizes, such as massage machines, high-end pots, hand-made finger knitted scarves, and other household goods and daily necessities, and we were able to please everyone.

Thank you to all the participants for participating in Carillon this year.Happy new year to you all.And I'm looking forward to seeing you all again next year.
